Join us for an enriching and insightful Church History Class led by Loren Parker. This class will delve into significant events and movements that have shaped the history of the church.

Class Overview:

  • Apostasy: We will begin by examining what the Bible says about apostasy.
  • Reformation: A brief overview of the Reformation period.
  • Restoration Movement: The primary focus will be on the Restoration Movement, highlighting the men who aimed to leave denominationalism and unite under the church described in the New Testament.
  • Church History from the 1800s to Present: We’ll explore the history of the church from the 1800s to the present day, noting the cycles of growth, success, complacency, and apostasy experienced by God’s people, akin to the patterns seen in the Old Testament and the first century.
